Selects the amount of time that defines how long the radio-user must
press and hold the CPS-programmable
Multi-Function Knob (MFK) before the
portable radio recognizes a valid long press. 
A Long Keypress
Duration button-press is only
used to power OFF the radio. This feature applies on a radio-wide basis.
